All passengers, not just corporate travellers, wanting to relax before their flight can do so in the Servisair Executive Lounge facilities available in the South Terminal. None business passengers will have to pay a small fee for entry.
The Lounge adopts a smart / casual dress code.
If you choose to use the Lounge please note
flight announcements are not made in the Suite so do keep an eye on the time so you can proceed to your boarding gate in good time.
The airport's Executive Lounge offers complimentary snacks and refreshments including soft and alcoholic drinks, newspapers and magazines, televisions to view, credit card telephone and fax facilities. Plus wireless and fixed Internet access available through coin payment and toilet facilities.
Continental, US Airways and Virgin Atlantic offer premium class passengers their own dedicated lounges available in the departures area.
Executive Lounges for inbound US Airways and Continental passengers are also available.
To locate the Servisair Executive Lounge, move through security control into the South Terminal departure lounge, take the central escalator or the lift to the upper shopping level. The entrance to the Lounge is located through two sets of double doors between Upper Crust and Garfunkels. |

Not just for first class or business class travellers is the Aviance Executive Suite offering the change to relax pre-flight to all passengrs, for a small fee (children aged 0 – 1 are free of charge). You will be required to follow the smart / casual dress code for entry.
It Executive Suite offers all passengers complimentary soft and alcoholic drinks, a good variety of snacks. Magazines and newspapers are availalble to read and a television to watch.
The Business Centre offers corporate passengers credit card telefax and photocopier are also available.
Do leave plenty of time to reach your flight as there are no flight announcements made in the Lounge.
The Lounge is accessible for passengers with disabilities.
Emirates, Delta, and BA (International flights only) offer premium class passengers their own dedicated Lounges available in the departures area.
To find the Aviance Executive Suite, move through passport control into the North Terminal departure lounge. Turn left and head towards WH Smith at the far end of the lounge. The walkway to the Aviance Suite is located on your right hand side. Take the lift to the first floor to find the Suite. |

The United Business Centre or UBC Conference Facility can be found on the 7th floor of Norfolk House.
Offering a choice of 17 rooms available, with the largest boasting a maximum capacity of a 65 theatre style audience.
All of the rooms have broadband capabilities, telephones, faxes and full secretarial support.

Before security, fixed internet access terminals are provided by Spectrum Interactive close to Cafe Nero and Starbucks. Both Spectrum Interactive areas can be found on the first floor of the Gatwick Village in the South Terminal.
After security, fixed internet access terminals can be found outside the Sports Bar on the upper level of the departure lounge. |

Wireless Access Points |

Passengers will find wireless Internet access points throughout South and North Terminals, offered byBT Open zone, T-Mobile and The Cloud Networks.
There are also wireless hotspots for extened cover in arrivals, the piers and satellites of the airport.
Connecting instantly to the Internet are compatible laptops or handheld computers (Wi-Fi 802.11b) to the internet within these wireless hotspots. |

| How To Connect |
| |
- Once inside the terminal, turn on your wireless enabled device as you normally would. Most laptops include Intel Centrino wireless functionality as standard. Other laptops may need a separate card that you can purchase from any major electronics shop. Dixons should be able to help should you need to purchase a card at the airport.
- Launch your browser and select the preferred wireless network from the icons on the screen when the service is automatically detected. The Cloud Networks can connect you through a growing range of service providers, i.e. O2, Skype for internet telephone calls, and Nintendo for online DS gaming.
- Enter your normal username and password when prompted to finalise connection.
- If you do not own an account with one of the Airport service providers, it is possible to sign up securely online, or in advance from their websites.

Should your battery become flat there are T-Mobile laptop stations located throughout Gatwick Airport that you can use.
