Meet and Greet parking (or Valet Parking) is a great stress free way to begin and end your journey at Gatwick Airport. The service means you can park right outside the terminal and your car will be there when you return.

Gatwick Airport Meet and Greet Service...

We all know how stressful it can be getting ready to go on holiday or on an important business trip. There's always that added inconvenience of driving to the airport and parking your car. Are you going to get there on time? Will the bus be late? What if it's raining? Not the best start to your journey!

About Help-me-park...

Help-me-park, the new gatwick valet meet and greet airport parking company, operating from both the North and South Terminals at Gatwick Airport, can take away that pressure.

Help-me-park provides airline travellers with the ultimate hassle free start - and finish - to their holiday or business trip. The service is perfect for families with young children, corporate travellers, people with heavy bags or sports equipment, and people with disabilities.

Customers leave their car with a Help-me-park staff member at the airport terminal, before moving quickly to check in. Upon their return, the customer is greeted at the airport terminal.

Help-me-park also enables customers to amend their booking during their trip. Once the customer is at their destination, all they need to do is log in to the website or give the Help-me-park team a call, and the customer can adjust their return date for whenever they like.

Help-me-park also offer a car valeting service while you are away. If you would like to see Help-me-park's Car Valeting Choices - click here

Valet Parking Benefits...

Help-me-park is worry free and puts you in control of your travel timetable.

The only thing you have to do is get to the departure terminal with enough time to catch your flight. No car park to find, no bags to carry - we'll have an airport trolley waiting for you, no children to herd, and no bus to catch!

When you return from your trip, call our 24/7 Arrivals Hotline and we will bring your car to you. Again, no bus to catch, no bags to carry - bring your airport trolley to your car and no standing in the rain to worry about! Just get into your own warmed up car and drive away knowing you are almost home.

How it works ...

Here is a brief overview of how Help-me-park Meet and Greet Valet parking works - for more information please visit the Help-me-park website:

Departure

You drive to the airport as usual, however instead of going to the departures level on either the North or South Terminal, you meet us at arrivals on the lower level - undercover and out of the weather - out side the Car Rental Building.

A uniformed member of Help-me-park staff, who will also carry ID with them, will be at arrivals waiting for you - with an airport trolley - ready to take your car and park it in our secure parking compound. You are then able to proceed directly to check-in with no further delay, knowing your car will be safe and secure for the duration of your trip.

Return

As soon as you have cleared customs call Help-me-park on the 24/7 Arrivals Hotline.

Help-me-park will be waiting with your car at arrivals outside the Car Rental Building, in the same place we met you to take delivery of your car.

You are able to load up your car with your luggage and be on the journey home with the minimum of delay, whilst everyone else is making their way to the bus stop, or looking confused as to who is picking them up to be taken to the off airport car park.
