If you have bought fragile, heavy or bulky items, and are travelling within the EU* you can leave your goods at Gatwick Airport until your return - this service is offered free of charge to passengers.
If you wish to take advantage of this service simply advise the Airport retailer that you wish to collect your goods upon your return. You will be issued with a receipt that allows you to securely collect your item - located in the arrivals hall in the airport's South Terminal - once returned to Gatwick.
Collection hours are 6am – 9pm. Past these hours, passengers can collect their goods from the Left Baggage office also in the arrivals hall.
For passengers flying into Gatwick's North Terminal the Collection point is located in the North arrivals hall. Opening hours are 6am – 9pm, or at the Gatwick Airport information desk in the arrivals hall out of hours.
If travelling from the North Terminal enquire as to the home delivery service - a one off charge covering any goods bought at the Airport - that some retailers offer to those travelling within the EU*. Terms & Conditions apply.
